he advantage of using air into the cooling of oleo hydraulic systems has its bases on the following facts:

  • There is no need of water
  • The system is independent of the connection to the water main
  • Lower working costs in comparison with the water-oil exchangers, even if the starting investment is higher
  • Possibility to use warm air to heat the room in winter.

The particular structure of the cooling element allows great thermic performances and pressure resistance.

I wrote these words in order to briefly summarize our over 100-yearlong history and share it with my current and past collaborators. While I did not personally experience the oldest parts of the story, from the beginning up to the 1950s, it was related to me orally or in writing by my father, Santo, and by uncle, Alfredo. The history from the late 1960s to the present, however, I have witnessed firsthand.
